What we're reading
In lieu of a more thoughtful (and lengthy) post, today we offer the blogger's version of a "TV clip show": a list of some interesting (and in one case, flattering) articles that we're currently reading.

1. American Friends Service Committee--In an article titled "Journalism for Peace," AFSC examines "our favorite resources for journalists writing about, and for, a more peaceful world," including the Center for Global Peace Journalism at Park University.
 2.  Kansas City Star--A great piece in my hometown paper about how how a Syrian refugee family has been welcomed in KC.
3. The Accidental Geographer--A revealing article about the difficulty of ascertaining the truth during wartime--in this instance, during the recent clashes in Nagorno-Karabakh.
4. Pew Research--A study/chart that shows worldwide support (or lack thereof) for free expression.
